What causes this issue?

In the local system you have changed BC Sets that originate from an
upstream system (for example, from SAP). New versions of one or more of
these BC Sets have now arrived from the upstream system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For each BC Set, decide whether to keep your current, changed version
in your system, or to overwrite it with the new version from the
upstream system.
