  • What causes this issue?

    According to the administration data in the CS* System, change request
    &V1& from system &V2& is a part of the corrective action you are
    currently implementing. This request was not found when the request
    data was read from the system &V2&.
    There is an (at least temporary) inconsistency in the data.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    You can continue as normal. However, you cannot access data in the
    request &V1&. (If the error message still appears when you call
    transaction SCWB again, notify the system administration.)
