Message text: No data for previous period available
You move through a list of periods with the cursor and reach a period
in which there is no longer any statistical data in the performance
database MONI. If the statistical data was previously available in the
database, it has probably been deleted in a data reorganization.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
To extend the residence time of the data, use transaction ST03, menu
<LS>GOTO -> PARAMETERS</>. Then choose <LS>REORG PARAMETERS, MODIFY
PARAMETERS</>. You then change the residence time and save your entries
with <LS>SAVE PARAMETERS </>.

- Adjust Selection Criteria: Review and adjust the selection criteria in your report to ensure it correctly targets the data you want to analyze.
- Check Archiving Settings: If data has been archived, consult with your SAP Basis team to see if the archived data can be restored for reporting purposes.
- Consult Configuration: If you suspect configuration issues, consult with your SAP functional consultant to review the settings related to the reporting module you are using.
