What causes this issue?

You have set the <ZH>final confirmation</> indicator but have also
entered a value for the remaining work.
When you make a <GL:final_confirmation>final confirmation</>, you are
indicating that an <GL:operation>operation</> has been finished, in
other words, that there is no remaining work to be done.

System Response

The system will reverse the entry for the remaining work.

How to fix this error?

If you want to enter a value for remaining work, you must first reverse
the <ZH>final confirmation</> indicator and enter the value again.
