What causes this issue?

The Customizing settings indicate that SAP Forecasting and Replenishment
is not activated. The calculation of the
<DS:DE.RTST_OP_RCOV_ENABLED>range of coverage</> is based on the stock
projection. The stock projection is created in and retrieved from the
SAP Forecasting and Replenishment system; therefore, the range of
coverage cannot be calculated.
If you have implemented
<DS:SIMG.BADI_RTST_OP_STOCK_PROJECTION>BAdI: Enhancement for Entity
"Stock Projection"</> to provide stock projection data, this message is
only a warning.
