What causes this issue?

When sending by E-mail (Bursting) you need to precalculate and send
documents for various characteristic values of characteristic &V1&. No
selection is specified for the characteristic value, so as to restrict
the number of characteristic values.

System Response

The broadcast setting is not consistent and you cannot save or execute
it.

How to fix this error?

Select the characteristic values. You can do this directly using the
attachment of a selection in the broadcast setting, or you can use a
control query.
If you really want to select all existing characteristic values, you can
use an appropriate selection.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
