What causes this issue?

You do not have authorization to display the requested object (for
example, Web template, query....). That is why it is also not possible
to load broadcast settings into the broadcaster for the object.

How to fix this error?

Choose another object. When doing this, use the various views in the
Open dialog. Only objects for which you have display authorization will
be displayed there.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
