The SAP error message RSM2015 indicates that there are missing InfoDocuments (InfoIdocs) in the file system. This typically occurs in the context of the SAP system's integration with external systems or when dealing with IDocs (Intermediate Documents) that are used for data exchange between SAP and non-SAP systems.

    Cause:

    1. File System Issues: The specified directory for storing IDocs may not exist, or the system may not have the necessary permissions to access it.
    2. Configuration Errors: The configuration settings for the IDoc processing may be incorrect, leading to the system not being able to locate the required InfoIdocs.

    4. Data Deletion: The InfoIdocs may have been deleted or not generated properly due to errors in the data processing.

    Solution:

    1. Check File System: Verify that the directory specified for storing IDocs exists and that the SAP system has the necessary permissions to read/write in that directory.
    2. Review Configuration: Check the configuration settings for IDoc processing in transaction WE20 (Partner Profiles) and WE21 (Port Definition) to ensure they are set up correctly.
    3. Reprocess IDocs: If the IDocs are missing due to a processing error, you may need to reprocess them. This can be done using transaction WE19 (Test Tool for IDocs).
    4. Check Logs: Review the application logs (transaction SLG1) for any additional error messages that may provide more context on why the InfoIdocs are missing.
    5. Transport Management: If the issue is related to transport, ensure that the transport requests are correctly released and imported into the target system.
