This error indicates that a data request has not been confirmed, which can happen for several reasons.
Causes:
- Data Transfer Issues: There may be problems with the data transfer from the source system to the BW system, such as network issues or connectivity problems.
- Data Request Status: The data request may be in a status that does not allow it to be confirmed, such as being in a "failed" state.

- Data Quality Issues: Problems with the data itself, such as duplicates or inconsistencies, can prevent successful loading and confirmation.
Solutions:
- Check Data Transfer: Verify the connectivity and data transfer settings between the source system and the BW system. Ensure that there are no network issues.
- Review Request Status: Go to the Data Warehousing Workbench (transaction RSA1) and check the status of the data request. If it is in a failed state, investigate the logs for errors.
- Process Chain Monitoring: If the data request is part of a process chain, check the entire process chain for errors. You can use transaction RSPC to monitor and analyze the process chain.
- Reprocess the Request: If the request is in a failed state, you may need to delete it and reprocess the data load. Ensure that any previous errors are resolved before reprocessing.
- Check Authorizations: Ensure that the user or process has the necessary authorizations to confirm data requests.
