    Another planner has changed the schedule status. The change you wanted
    to make is not possible with the new schedule status.
    For example, if another planner has gone from <LS>Refinement</> back to
    <LS>Scoping</> after you selected an operation for manual scheduling,
    you can no longer set a start day for an operation.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Still want to make the change? If required, change the schedule
    status and try again:
    To change from <LS>Refinement</> to <LS>Scoping</>, click <Ls>Go Back to
    Scoping</>.
    To change from <LS>Scoping</> to <LS>Refinement</>, click <LS>Refine
    Schedule</>.
