  • What causes this issue?

    One (or more users) has an authorization profile and should be migrated.
    If this profile should now be used for other uses that do not appear in
    the list of users that are to be migrated, the migration will be
    terminated.
    The list of users that are then displayed specifies the missing users.
    For these missing users, there can also be users that are not included,
    but that are affected by the migration. This depends on the
    interrelationships within the profile assignment.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
