  • Message class: RSEC -

  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

No analysis authorizations were found that can be migrated to analytics
security objects (with active and modified versions).
This means that either all analysis authorizations were already migrated
and the originals deleted, or you have not yet created any
    authorizations.
It can also indicate that your authorizations are still based on an
earlier release that uses the reporting authorization objects and that
these old reporting authorizations have not yet been migrated to the new
    structure for analysis authorizations.

    System Response

This function only supports (automatic) migration of analysis
authorizations (BW in NetWeaver 2004s, BI7.0) for the current analytics
    security objects.

    How to fix this error?

If you want to migrate from an earlier release (BW 3.0, BW 3.1, BW 3.5),
you must first complete migration from the earlier release.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This error typically arises when you are trying to migrate or upgrade your SAP BW system, and the system cannot find any relevant analysis authorizations to transfer.

    Cause:

    1. No Existing Authorizations: The most straightforward cause is that there are no analysis authorizations defined in the system for the user or the context you are trying to migrate.
