    Authorization 0BI_ALL has been generated successfully. In this
    authorization, which should never be changed manually, all characteri
    stics that are relevant for authorization are flagged with *
    authorization ('ALL' ). This is only important if you are using the def
    ault current system of authorizations for analysis and reporting in BW.
    Report (RSEC_GENERATE_BI_ALL) and the function module of the same name
    can be executed manually at any time. Usually an upgrade is executed
    with each activation and during upgrades (the latter as XPRA) to make
    the current list of authorization-relevant characteristics available at
    any time.
