    The data target has an inbound table which contains un-activated
    requests which should be activated in order to ensure that no data that
    should be deleted survives in the inbound table and reaches the active
    data after the delete action by request activation.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If this message is found in the action message<(>,<)> you should
    activate all requests in the inbound table
    repeat the delete action
