  • What causes this issue?

    You have changed the requested start date and the trial has a process
    order.

    System Response

    The change made to the requested start date does not affect the trial
    planning. The data from the process order is still relevant and the
    planning status for the trial is set accordingly.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to reset the planning status to <ZK>Requested</>,
    execute the monitor task <ZK>Delete Process Order.</> If you want to
    retain the planning status and change the planned date, you have to
    change the data in the process order. To do so, execute the monitor task
    <ZK>Prepare Process Order Execution</>.
