The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Ensure that the user ID is correct. If you are unsure, you can search for the user using transaction code

(Display User).Maintain Email Address:
- If the email address is missing, you can add it in the user profile. Make sure to save the changes.
Check Email Format:
- Ensure that the email address is in the correct format (e.g., user@example.com).
User Authorization:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to send emails if applicable.
