What causes this issue?

The new drawing date <(>&<)>v1<(>&<)> cannot be created because drawing
date <(>&<)>v2<(>&<)> already exists.
A repayment condition valid until <(>&<)>v1<(>&<)> has been created in
the drawn bond. However, a repayment condition valid until <(>&<)>v2<(>
&<)> already exists. This condition replaces all the previous
conditions. The cash flow of the drawn bond can no longer be calculated
correctly.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

ZSAP_RIGHT_DELETE from note 927114.
Change the class master data of the drawn bond <DS:TRAN.FWZZ>&v3& </>:
Delete all the repayment conditions after &v1&.
