    Either of the following problems may have occurred:
    There is no alert or detail information available for this monitoring
    tree element (MTE). There may be a problem collecting information for
    this MTE.
    You have selected display options (<LS>Extras</> -> <LS>Display
    options</>) that are not compatible with the MTE. Example: You have
    deactivated the display of general and performance information and are
    trying to display details on a performance MTE.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    To check the display options, do this:
    Open the display options and ensure that all of the <LS>Detail data
    dsply</> options are marked.
    To analyze "no data available" problems, do this:
    Open the basic monitor and check in "Self-check" whether there are any
    communication problems.
    In the case of monitoring objects that are on an application server,
    log onto this server and repeat the action. In this way you can check
    whether or not communication between the servers has been disturbed.
