    Cause: Ongoing Transport: The InfoCube is currently being transported to another system, which locks it for changes. Active Change Request: There is an active change request in the Change and Transport Organizer that includes the InfoCube. Development Lock: The InfoCube is locked in the development environment due to a developer working on it or due to a transport request that has not been released.
    Solution: Check Transport Requests: Go to the Change and Transport Organizer (transaction code SE09 or SE10) and check if there are any transport requests that include the InfoCube. If you find any, you may need to wait for the transport to complete or for the request to be
