    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

    In error situations in InfoObject maintenance, the cursor can not
    always be placed on the incorrect field. Otherwise InfoObject
    maintenance can be used without restrictions.

    How to fix this error?

    You need display authorization for the authorization object
    'S_DEVELOP'. For example, the authorization S_TMSADM_SHO.
    In more detail you require the following authorizations for the fields
    of authorization object 'S_DEVELOP' :
    Field 'DEVCLASS': 'RSDG' or '*' (development class RSDG)
    Field 'OBJTYPE': 'PROG' or '*' (object type program)
    Field 'OBJNAME': 'SAPMRSDO' or '*' (Program SAPMRSDO)
    Field 'ACTVT': '03' (Display activity)
