    The current batch status is to be changed from "not released" to
    "released", since the usage decision (batch status proposal) calls for
    this.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you do not carry out the change to the batch status and want to
    change the usage decision code instead, select <LS>Cancel</>, and
    answer the question on teh safety popup with "No". You can now change
    the usage decision code and save again.
    If the change to the batch status is OK, select <LS>Enter</>.
