Message number: 861
Message text: QM characteristics and batch values cannot be compared
You cannot compare the results of the inspection characteristics and
the batch values, because <ZH>no link</> exists between the
characteristics.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If the "Batch valuation without material specification" indicator is
not set in <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLQSOQS1>Customizing</>, you must create
a material specification, in which the master inspection
characteristics are linked to the class characteristics in the batch
class.
If the "Batch valuation without material specification" indicator is
set, it is sufficient if the master inspection characteristics are
linked to the class characteristics in the batch class. In this case,
you do not need a material specification.
