notification. The quality notification is initially inactive, that is,
it is used merely to document the defects that have occurred.
After the notification has been activated, the defects must be
processed further as a quality notification.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
