In the material master (in the quality management view of the
inspection setup) it is defined that no skips are allowed.
When the quality level was first created for the dynamic modification
rule &v1& defined in the inspection plan, the system finds an
inspection stage that requires an inspection.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Change the dynamic modification rule &v1&, or define a different
dynamic modification rule in the inspection plan.
