    How to fix this error?

    If the characteristic category for certificates is '1' (Master
    Inspection Characteristic), the field cmerkmalid (Characteristic) must
    be initial. The fields mkmnr (Master Inspection Characteristic) and
    versionmk (Master Inspection Characteristic Version) are mandatory.
    If the characteristic category for certificates is '2' (Class
    Characteristic), the fields mkmnr (Master Inspection Characteristic) and
    versionmk (Master Inspection Characteristic Version) must be initial.
    The field cmerkmalid (Characteristic) is mandatory.
