The dual control principle was not followed. When editing requests from
the QA worklist, the user requires QTEA authorization. This
authorization exists but the user is still unable to perform the step in
question. The processor is the same user who created the request.
The program is interrupted.
Another user with QTEA authorization must process the request, to ensure
that the dual control principle is followed. The administrator can also
do this.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
