Your demand for business events is greater that the number of events
you can create in the planning. This is becuase of the planning
options.

How to fix this error?

If you wish to change the planning options, cancel the log and deselect
the option 'Resource requirements covered'. The business events will
then be created despite missing resources.
A second possibility open to you is to reduce the number of resources
flagged as 'required' in the 'Presettings resources/resource types' and
to start the planning again.
As a third alternative, you can assign new resources to the critical
resource types.
You can, however, accept the smaller number of business events proposed
and carry out the planning for the remaining demand at a later time.
