- &1 is not a transportable request ?The SAP error message PU254 indicates that a transport request is not transportable. This typically occurs when you attempt to transport a request that is not eligible for transport due to various reasons. Here’s a breakdown of the cause, potential solutions, and related information:
Cause:
- Local Object: The request is marked as a "local object" (e.g., a development object that is not intended for transport).

- Development Class: The object may belong to a development class that is not transportable.
Solution:
- Check Object Type: Verify the type of object you are trying to transport. If it is a local object, you may need to create a transportable version.
- Change Local Object to Transportable: If you have the necessary authorizations, you can change the object from a local object to a transportable one by assigning it to a transportable development class.
- Complete the Transport Request: Ensure that all necessary objects are included in the transport request and that it is fully completed.
- Review Transport Layer: Check the transport layer settings in your system to ensure that they are correctly configured.
- Use Transaction SE09/SE10: Use transaction codes SE09 or SE10 to review the transport requests and their statuses. You can also check for any inconsistencies or issues.
