Message type: E = Error
Message class: PPC1DM - PP Backflush: Database Management and Communication
Message number: 071
Message text: Interval &1 for number range object &2 not available
It should only be possible for this error message to occur for the very
first backflush.
The key fields in the tables PPC_MAT, PPC_MAT_DET (MATID or ACCID) and
PPC_ACT (ACTID) refer to the number range object &V1&. You must define
intervals (number ranges) for this object before the first backflush.
Interval &v2& is missing. This Customizing activity is not explained in
the IMG guide for the production backflush process.
The system rejects the backflush.
Create the interval as follows (you need authorization to do this):
Access the screen for <DS:TRAN.SNRO>maintaining number ranges</>.
Enter the object &v1& and choose <ZK>Number Ranges</> (F7).
Click on <ZK>Change Intervals.</>
You must enter two intervals for object PPCMAT:
Interval 01 is relevant for table PPC_MAT (field MATID). Enter, for
example, 0000000001 to 4999999999, status 0000000001.
Interval 02 is relevant for table PPC_MAT _DET (field ACCID). Enter,
for example, 5000000000 to 9999999999, status 5000000000.
You must enter one interval for PPCACT:
Interval 01 is relevant for table PPC_ACT (field ACTID). Enter, for
example, 0000000001 to 9999999999, status 0000000001.
Note: Intervals are not transported as default. You can do this,
however
, by choosing Interval -> Transport and including them in a Customizing
transport request.
