What causes this issue?

You have maintained a storage location that is used as the withdrawal
storage location if no other storage location has been maintained.
At the same time, you have maintained a supply area from which a
component is withdrawn when no other supply area has been maintained in
the BOM, for example.
The supply area is also assigned a storage location in Customizing.
This, however, is a different storage location to the one meant above.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
