    In the template, the measuring point &V1& is assigned to the functional
    location/equipment &V2&. A transfer relationship is defined for
    measuring point &V1&.
    For the measuring point to be created, the transfer relationship cannot
    be automatically determined by the system. The system only searches
    upwards through the hierarchy of the branch in which the measuring point
    to be created is located.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
