  • What causes this issue?

While planning shifts, you selected an organizational unit for which no
jobs, and therefore, no employees are assigned. This situation can be
caused by several factors, most often by having set up an
    organizational structure as follows:
    Organizational Unit: CAB Company
    Company with 2 divisions
    Organizational Unit: Management
Divisions with 5 jobs and 5 positions filled
    Organizational Unit: Production
Division with 15 jobs and 15 positions filled
If you selected the organizational unit CAB Company here to search for
jobs, the system issues an error message: <ZH>No jobs exist in
organizational unit CAB Company</>, because no jobs exist in this
organizational unit, per se, but in its actual divisions.

    System Response

The system searches the selected organizational unit according to jobs.
Because the system can not access any jobs, it terminates the search
and issues the warning given above.

    How to fix this error?

Go back one step and select an organizational unit that does have jobs
    assigned to it.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
