for specified" is chosen, but no country specifed. This causes an
inconsistent status.

The processing can not continue.

How to fix this error?

If you want to select all countries, choose the key "valid
for all" and delete the list of countries specified.
If you want to select certain coutries only, enter these countries
in the list, and choose the key "valid for specified".
