If you want to deliver the changed version of the ACP &V1&, continue
with the registration by confirming the delivery with these carrier
packages. Then, the new PAT file of the ACP is assigned to the carrier
packages. The ACP gets the status "Released".
If you cancel the procedure, the new version of the ACP remains in
status "Locked" and is not assigned to the existing carrier packages.
The ACP is provided for delivery with a new carrier package.
