    You have defined an equivalence definition (prerequisite type "E") in
    the import conditions where the equivalence name does not correspond to
    the naming convention.
    The following rules apply to the equivalence definition:
    The "Prerequisite" field contains a (pseudo) package name under which
    the equivalent import conditions are created
    The (pseudo) package name must match the package name of the SSDA
    package up to the 11th/12th characters
    The 11th/12th characters are given a sequential number
    The "Support Package Description" field must be filled for the
    equivalence definition and contain the components that refer to the
    definition
    The "Truth Value" field must contain value "T"
    The following rules apply to equivalent import conditions:
    The equivalent import conditions are created with th (pseudo) package
    name rather than the SSDA package name
    Numbering of the fields "Logical AND Block" and "Sequence" starts at 1
    again

    The import condition check is terminated.
