What causes this issue?

An attempt to create the requested number of mobilization items (the
number of packages specified in the mobilization data for the service
lines) will exhaust the number space for item numbers.

System Response

The system will not create any mobilization items, nor any production
resources and tools.

How to fix this error?

You must either reduce the number of packages in your service line
specifications, or move a (service) item to a purchase order where there
is room for the requested number of mobilization items.
If you have many service lines with a small number of packages or a
large item number increment you can try reducing the item number
increment (this is an attribute of the purchase order and can be
customized). The system will reduce the item number increment for
mobilization items if you request creation of more than 9 (new)
mobilization items for a service line.
In the worst case (this is very unlikely) you will have to split your
service line specifications between several service items. The item
number has five digits, so this means you have requested the creation of
close to 100 thousand mobilization items. Remember, someone will have to
perform goods receipt on these items.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
