  • What causes this issue?

    You are using the Remote Logistics Management (RLM) returns transaction
    to create a return delivery with reference to a transport order. The
    transport order is created and is linked to the returns item. However a
    problem was encountered when using the <ZK>delivery due</> program to
    create a delivery for the transport order.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Refer to the <DS:TRAN.V_SA>SD collective processing log</> for
    information about the cause of the problem.
    Correct the problem if possible and resubmit the delivery from the
    returns document. The delivery process will recognize that the
    transport order is created already and will try again to create the
    delivery.
    If you cannot correct the problem, contact your system administrator,
    providing information about the messages from the collective processing
    log.
