You cannot assign a material to a tank when there is an inconsistency
in the stock between that in table MARD/MCHB and the additional
quantity appendix table (MARDO1 or MCHBO1).
Check for inconsistency between stock tables MARD/MCHB and the
additional quantity appendix table. Correct the inconsistency. Check
SAP Note 212707 for details on how to solve the inconsistencies in
stock tables.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
