What causes this issue?

An attempt was made to reassign a stored document with the specified
object key. The attempt to delete the old link record showed that no
entry with this object key and document ID exists. There was no
relevant link and therefore a new link was not created.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check that the object key used to specify the link corresponds to the
displayed document from the content server. It is only possible to
reassign a document for which there is a link entry with the specified
object key.
