    The unit of measure of the calorimeter density test temperature,
    calorimeter density test pressure or calorimeter combustion test
    temperature is not specified. The Quantity Conversion Interface (QCI)
    cannot calculate a base heating value using the test heating value.

    The system will continue processing. If the base heating value is needed
    for the calculation process at a later stage, an error message will be
    produced.

    This message can be customized to appear as an error, warning or
    information message, or can be turned off completely (Trans. O591).
