What causes this issue?

The QCI has built-in routines that are used to determine the base
density if a test density and test conditions are entered. Customers
can modify these calculations using Business Add-In methods. If the
AGA c-code routines are active, the value calculated by the QCI or the
customer function will be overwritten with the value calculated by the
AGA routines.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
