What causes this issue?

For natural gas calculations, it is possible to perform quantity
conversion calculations without specifying a test heating value, as
long as no energy unit of measure has to be determined. Then, you have
to specify a test heating value in order to proceed with the
calculation.

This message can be customized to appear as a warning, information or
error message (Trans. O591).

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
