    One of the following prerequisites was not met for each of the access
    attempts:
    A field (e.g. supplier, material) is blank
    The variable key does not match
    The access condition is not fulfilled.

    System Response

    The system does not perform retrospective updating. The document item is
    not relevant for the condition record.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
