Message number: 152
Message text: Activate the index for table EKBO (contact system administrator)
Arrangement types are stored that require an update of business volume
data from purchase orders.
A database index (index AEB to table EKBO) that is not active in this
system, may be required in certain circumstances.
The system issues this message as information and continues processing.
Contact your system administrator, as otherwise the business volume data
of subsequent processing may be damaged.
In the standard system, if document data is changed, business volume is
not updated for condition records entered subsequently (update only at
time of purchase order). The update carried out during the subsequent
update has to be reset and carried out again using the changed purchase
order. As subsequently entered condition records do not appear in the
document conditions, they must be determined from the database.
For more information see SAP Note 136863 in OSS.
If you want to prevent this message being issued, remove the relevant
(superfluous) arrangement types.
If you do not use business volume updates at the time of the purchase
order/delivery schedule, or use the subsequent business volume update,
you can deactivate this function (at your own risk) to prevent this
message being issued.
