The chosen exceptions are inconsistent. These inconsistencies occur

different characteristics or a different sequence of characteristics.

System Response

The first chosen exception determines the information structure, the
first chosen exception with characteristic reference determines the
characteristics and the sequence. All other exceptions are checked for
consistency or information structure and characteristics.
All exceptions which do not comply with the criteria are deleted from
the list of chosen exceptions.
