You have tried to create a new procurement material based on material
&V1&. The corresponding base unit of measure &V2& is not the smallest
unit of measure in the unit of measure hierarchy; at least one unit of
measure exists where the number of lower-level units of measure is less
than one (1).
Example:
The base unit of measure of your material is pallet (PAL). Additionally,
the alternative unit of measure of your material is piece (PC). The
conversion factor from piece to pallet defines that one (1) pallet (PAL)
consists of 1/10 pieces (PC).

System Response

Material &V1& cannot be used to create procurement materials to prevent
inconsistencies.

How to fix this error?

Chose a different material where the base unit of measure is the
smallest unit of measure.
