What causes this issue?

Subgroups &V2& to which rollup companies &V1& are assigned would also
be converted when converting the current ledger. However, these
companies have not yet been assigned to package &V3&. Changing over the
subgroup currencies is only useful if the local currencies of the
assigned rollup companies are also converted.
