the changeover package or the tables.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

All other DBs:<ZH>Restart for packages/tables must be active</>
As described in OSS note 132631, making a change could lead to
considerable inconsistencies (depending on your database).
