What causes this issue?

The system could not transfer the sales text (parameter
MATERIALLONGTEXT) because the field TEXT_NAME contains a distribution
chain to which the material is not assigned.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the field TEXT_NAME in the parameter MATERIALLONGTEXT
contains the correct value. If it does, check whether the material has
been assigned to the distribution chain
specified in field MATERIALLONGTEXT-TEXT_NAME.
