What causes this issue?

You have changed the update mode to "Unserialized V3 update".
Note: With this method, delta records may not enter the BW in the same
order as they were created in the OLTP system. This can particularly
lead to problems in the BW when using ODS objects.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you expect the above problems, check whether you can use the update
modes "Delta direct" or "Delta queued" for application &V1&.
